About Us

Gender diversity is a hot topic in the construction industry, regardless of whether it’s in the context of the Middle East or around the world. There are several drivers but perhaps the one that ultimately set the wheels of diversity in motion, is the significant demand for professionals to imagine, and build, current and future projects.

In support of the drive towards gender balance, Middle East Consultant has developed a dedicated ‘Women in Construction’ resource, to share the stories of women already working in the built environment, in an effort to inspire the next generation of female professionals. The site will also serve as a resource to highlight and discuss a variety of issues, and showcase the stellar work being done by women in the industry.
